During her 25 years in higher education, Ms. Pagano also oversees Career Services and Student Activities, which includes: student organizations, Greek life, student transition and programming. In that capacity, she provides oversight and direction to the new student & parent orientation programs, as well as LEADS, a student leadership development program created under her vision, in leadership. Kim Pagano currently serves as the Assistant Dean for Student Engagement. She resides in Williamsville with her family, her 17-year-old cat Henri and her part-time dog Molly. Kerry is currently serving as the Recognition Coordinator for ACUI’s Region VII and a team lead for the ACUI Volunteer Development Team. Kerry Spicer holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Women’s Studies from SUNY Fredonia and a graduate degree in Student Personnel Administration (HESAA) from Buffalo State College. Her presentations have focused on the establishment of an Emergency Response Team and working together with campus stakeholders. She has served as a leader in the discussion around student activism on the college campus as a faculty member for ACUI’s Student Organizations Institute. Kerry is certified as a Safe Zone Trainer as well as a Nonviolence and Conflict Reconciliation Trainer. Students are a true joy and inspiration to her, and the driving force behind Kerry’s energy and enthusiasm. A native Western New Yorker with 15 years experience in Student Affairs at both public and private institutions, Kerry has a passion for education and a dedicated work ethic. Kerry Spicer is a true believer in the value of the collegiate experience. Nayor serves as the co-chair for the Western New York (WNY) Consortium’s Task Force on Sexual Assault Prevention and Education as well as to the NASPA Region II Board coordinating corporate relations. Nayor has presented extensively on the use and inclusion of Behavioral Assessment and Intervention Teams (BAITs), co-authoring a resource guide on the subject for Paperclip Communications. Nayor’s has placed his professional emphasis on campus safety, crisis management, and compliance with a co-authored chapter in an upcoming NASPA publication, “College in the Crosshairs”. Nayor holds a BA in History and Secondary Education and a Masters in Education from the State University of New York (SUNY)- College at Potsdam, as well as an earned doctorate (Ph.D) from the University of Virginia in Higher Education administration.ĭr. Nayor held leadership positions at the University of the Arts, Virginia Intermont College, and Lynchburg College. Nayor has served as associate faculty with Drexel University for nearly 5 years.
